The Subrogation Healthcare Alliance (SHA) recognizes the importance of appellate cases that may significantly impact the healthcare subrogation industry. SHA may consider participating in select matters through the submission of an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief when the issues presented have broader implications for the industry and SHA membership as a whole.

Members seeking SHA consideration for amicus support should complete the request form below. Please provide as much detail as possible so the request can be properly reviewed by SHA leadership and the appropriate committee members.

To allow adequate time for review and preparation, requests should be submitted as early as possible in advance of any applicable briefing deadlines.
