Our new 2026 sponsorship model was intentionally built to elevate sponsor visibility, expand educational collaboration, and strengthen long-term relationships within the healthcare subrogation community. Sponsors select a level and customize their benefits across education, thought leadership, and conference engagement opportunities. Sponsorship Commitment Deadline: May 1, 2026

Sponsor Benefit Selections Due: May 15, 2026

Payment Terms: Net 30 from invoice date, or installment options available (50% deposit, balance due 60 days prior to conference)
-
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the conference are eligible for 50% refund; no refunds within 90 days of conference. Year-round benefits are non-refundable after May 15, 2026.
