The SHA’s second annual conference will take place at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Nashville, TN, from October 13-15, 2024. Our conference will offer a hybrid experience, seamlessly combining in-person and virtual components to create an unparalleled event for all industry professionals. This comprehensive registration document contains all the essential details you need to ensure a seamless registration process. SPONSOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To register as an attendee, please have one of your team members click on the link below, fill out the requested information, and select your conference package. After completing this, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to register additional attendees included in your selected sponsorship package.

Note: Each ticket within your sponsorship package includes a designated number of passes. Therefore, ensure that only the exact number of individuals complete the designated form attached to the confirmation email.

VIRTUAL SPONSOR BOOTH

Sponsors are invited to create a virtual booth within our event management app. To begin setting up your booth, please follow the instructions provided on the confirmation email. The platform will enable you to customize your booth’s layout, add informative videos/documents, and invite additional representatives from your organization. Participation is optional and will not impact your conference involvement.

VIRTUAL EVENT PLATFORM

We are excited to announce this year’s conference we will be utilizing an event management platform, designed to elevate the overall conference experience for both in-person and virtual attendees. Accessible directly from your phone or tablet, this user-friendly app will serve as a central hub for all conference-related activities, allowing attendees to seamlessly navigate the event. Through the platform, attendees can personalize their schedules, access session materials, and engage with speakers and fellow participants. Additionally, interactive features such as live polling, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities will be available to enhance engagement and foster connections among attendees.

ACCESSING THE VIRTUAL EVENT PLATFORM:

After completing your registration, we’ll provide you with the login instructions for accessing the event platform. Your registered email address will serve as your username for accessing the app and its full range of features.

SHA DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE: $309.00 PER ROOM, PER NIGHT

GENERAL ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION:

All sponsors and attendees of the 2024 SHA Annual Conference can book a room within our room block without needing to purchase a specific room block package. Simply click on the provided link and enter your information to reserve a room. We have a limited number of spots available, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.

ROOM BLOCK CUT OFF DATE:

The room block cut off date is Friday, September 13, 2024. Please book your room prior to the cut off date in order to receive the discounted rate of $309.00 per night. As our room block has limited availability, we recommend that attendees book their rooms promptly to secure the discounted rate.
